- Nobscot grades and notifies company contact
- Company reviews interview and accepts or rejects for further consideration
- Accepted applicants are scheduled for next step of either phone, in-house or on-line chat interview
- Rejected applicants are declined and offered to share with Nobscot community members
- Company reviews current or historical tracking statistics at any time via internet, email or fax
