Nobscot's Benchmark Reports provide Metrics for the aggregate of Nobscot's Worldwide Community. Nobscot's Certified Consultant Network is available to help you resolve targeted issues on an as needed or as desired basis.
Nobscot's Knowledge Management Module helps corporations maintain their critical business knowledge and provides a process for employees to both document and transition their knowledge to coworkers.

Ms. Carvin has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting, human resources,
business management, sales and marketing. Ms. Carvin was previously founder/managing partner
of Excel Employment for six years and an HR and Business Development Officer with
BancWest Corporation for 4 years. She graduated with a BS in Communications from
University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Carvin teaches classes in Hiring The Best, Ethics In Banking, and Employee Relations for the American Institute of Bankers.
She is a member of the Society For Human Resource Management and is the current moderator for Adventive Media's I-HR Human Resources discussion list. bncarvin@nobscot.com

| Mr. Daly has over eighteen years experience developing complex software and systems. For
the ten years prior to co-founding Nobscot Corporation, Mr. Daly was a Senior Engineer with
Verifone/Hewlett-Packard. He has also held engineering positions with Banyan Systems and
Raytheon Corporation. He graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a BS in Computer
