The Company

Nobscot Corporation, the pioneer in exit interview management software, was
founded in April 2000. Nobscot released it's flagship product, WebExit, in
January of 2001. In December of that year, WebExit was crowned one of the
Top 10 HR Products of the Year by HR Executive Magazine. Today WebExit is
used to automate the exit interview process in over 20 countries worldwide
with more than 10,000 exit interviews having been completed to date.
Management
Nobscot's staff of professionals are skilled in both human resources and
software development. The company's management team is headed up by Beth
N. Carvin, CEO and President.
Beth N. Carvin, President and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Carvin has over twenty years of experience in business management, strategy, human resources, sales and marketing. Ms. Carvin was previously an HR and Business Development Officer with BancWest Corporation and the managing partner of Excel Employment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Carvin has taught classes in Hiring The Best, Employee Relations and Ethics in Banking for the American Institute of Bankers. She is a member of the Society For Human Resource Management and was the moderator for Adventive Media's I-HR Human Resources discussion list.

Bruce H. Daly, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Daly leads the design and development of Nobscot Corporation's WebExit and FirstDays and is the President and architect of the Mentor Scout division. He has over twenty years experience developing complex software and systems. For the ten years prior to co-founding Nobscot Corporation, Mr. Daly was a Senior Engineer with Verifone/Hewlett-Packard. He has also held software engineering positions with Raytheon Corporation and Banyan Systems. He graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
Raquel Frazier, Manager of Client Service and Satisfaction
Ms. Frazier has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. As Client Service Manager for both Nobscot and the Mentor Scout division, she assists organizations with structuring, rolling-out and maintaining their exit interview, new hire and mentoring programs in ways that foster high participation rates, actionable data and maximum ROI. In her role as Manager of Client Satisfaction, Ms. Frazier makes certain that all subscribers, large and small, receive Nobscot's high level of quality service. She is responsible for maintaining Nobscot's annual client retention rate of 95% or greater. Some of the clients that she works closely with include United Technologies, Huntington Bank, T-Mobile USA, General Mills, Pepco Holdings, Inc. and Alliance Data.
Prior to joining Nobscot, Ms. Frazier held human resource manager and director level positions in several industries, including hospitality, high-tech, healthcare and banking. In addition to her memberships in the Society for Human Resource Management and the OKC Human Resources Society, she is also active in her city's Metro Employer’s Council. Ms. Frazier studied Human Resource Management at Oklahoma State University, and is certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. She volunteers leading Resume Writing and Interviewing Skills classes at several business colleges and employment services organizations.
